the bed next to the window was way too firm and felt worn out. we expected a small continental breakfast, but there was none.

We had a very relaxing stay that met expectation, would not hesitate to return there. The service was friendly throughout our stay. The swimming pool was great too. Meals were outstanding, and there was Applesbees Neighborhood near the hotel.

Good location, rooms wer quite spacious and the ambience of the hotel was very nice
Having just come from fort worth then Abilene the friendliness of the staff at el paso was not as good. They should take a leaf out of the book of their neighbors. Also the beds although supposed to be able to adjust to your own comfort did not work and they were rock hard which meant we woke with stiff necks and sore backs. Also the menu for breakfast which was included in the room rate had a few things on it that you had to pay for. I thought that there was not much difference between toast with eggs and ham and cheese and croissant with ham eggs and cheese, but you had to pay for the latter. Why not make them all free, it would be a much more service focused approach.

No grab Bars in Bathrub made it hard to get in. Bathroom floor slippery even when dry.
